Fallon Brannon is a 2X award-nominated independent journalist and writer based in Los Angeles, CA.
As a reporter and writer, Fallon specializes in solutions-oriented journalism, covering topics in identity, government, and African American history.
She honed her writing and research skills at Tuskegee University during her undergrad, as the Managing Editor of Tuskegee Review, Tuskegee’s digital literary journal, and as a Research Assistant for the university’s global office (TUGO).
Currently, Fallon is a Government & Accountability reporter at AfroLA. She is also a 2026 Foot in the Door Fellow at the Los Angeles Press Club.
Fallon has been featured in The Guardian US, The Objective, Rewire News Group, HuffPost, and Teen Vogue, among other publications.
